Junior Operations Technician - San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid)

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC installations.

At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in industrial contract management, datacenter, pharmaceutical, critical environments, or similar.

Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Necessary training: Industrial Engineering, Higher.
Valuable specific training in Data Center: AOS, ATS or ATD by uptime institute; Certifications in ITIL or similar; any other certified training in Data Center (operations, energy, cooling, etc). Certifications or experience in Lean Methodology (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc); Training in leadership or team management.

We are looking for a Data Center Maintenance Engineer in San Agustín de Guadalix (Madrid) whose mission will be to support operational management in a Data Center.

1. Direct the service planning to provide an excellent response to the client at all times, organizing means and resources for efficient execution and proposing improvements to daily execution to adapt to their needs.
2. Carrying out energy improvement proposals, study of proposals, and searching for new savings opportunities by improving the performance of the facilities.
3. Promote a fluid relationship with the Workers' Labor Representation to facilitate a labor framework that allows the provision of services to be fulfilled in the most efficient manner.
4. Act as strategic partners to clients, maintaining a fluid relationship with them to gather their needs and guarantee their satisfaction with the service provided.
5. Collaborate with transversal areas of the company for the development of new business opportunities.
6. Perform and manage procedures in the Data Center, as well as the preparation of reports, escalation of incidents, and handling of calls for critical emergencies.
7. Organize interventions in critical environments.
8. Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs with the client and preparation of project monitoring dashboards.
