The role

To guarantee, under the supervision of the Area Manager, the correct operational, technical, and administrative management of electromedicine contracts, ensuring the availability, safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance of the electromedical equipment of the assigned healthcare centers, contributing to service excellence, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of the contract's economic objectives

What you'll do

- Support the integral management of electromedical equipment maintenance contracts.

- Coordinate and supervise the execution of preventive, corrective, and technical-legal maintenance.

- Monitor incidents, breakdowns, and associated action plans.

- Control service indicators (KPI), compliance levels, and service level agreements (SLA).

- Manage technical documentation, certifications, inventories, and maintenance plans.

- Collaborate in the planning of internal and subcontracted resources.

- Participate in follow-up meetings with clients and technical teams.

- Prepare operational, economic, and activity reports.

- Support the identification of opportunities for improvement, energy efficiency, and technological renewal.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding medical devices, occupational risk prevention, quality, and the environment.
