Requirements

What we're looking for

Good command of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new computer applications.
Knowledge of Basque or Catalan is required.
Possession of the LCCI certification is highly valued.
Experience in a similar position within the banking sector, either as a manager or a risk analyst.
Solid knowledge of banking regulations and standards.
Advanced skills in the use of financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

The role

What you'll do

Accompany and guide clients throughout the entire mortgage process, from the initial application and documentation collection to the formalization of the operation (without the need to attend a notary).
Review and validate the feasibility of operations, analyzing economic and legal documentation, as well as the risk level through the financial entity's internal tools.
Work in a coordinated manner with areas such as risk and operations to optimize validation and resolution times.
Examine files and documentation to detect possible incidents or risk factors.
Maintain close follow-up and proactive attention to the client, guaranteeing a satisfactory experience throughout the entire process.

How you'll work

Permanent contract from the start.
Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00
Hybrid working model: option for 80% teleworking after 3 months of training, depending on the fulfillment of agreed objectives and productivity levels.
Fixed remuneration of €18,000 gross per year, plus an attractive incentive system linked to production results, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Workplace in Torrejón de Ardoz, near the Soto del Henares Renfe station, from which we provide a shuttle service. We also have an extensive parking area
Expected start date: Immediate
