The role

We are looking for a Sales Administrative to join the Sales Department of our fluid connectors division at our subsidiary in Spain. The selected person will provide direct support to the sales area and the back-office team, ensuring efficient order management, customer service and database updates, within an international and multinational industrial environment.

What you'll do

Receiving, managing and tracking industrial customer orders.
Handling and resolving commercial or administrative issues.
Creating and updating customer records in SAP and internal databases.
Updating pricing and commercial terms in ERP/CRM systems.
Monitoring the full order cycle and coordinating with invoicing.
Supporting the sales team and back-office with administrative tasks.
Coordinating and communicating with production units located in other countries to ensure the proper flow of information and product availability.
Constant interaction with external customers and internal departments.
