At Synergie, we are selecting an HR Technician to join an important company in the poultry sector in the province of Pontevedra.
We are looking for a person with training in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Law or similar, with a desire to learn, take on responsibilities and grow professionally within a dynamic department that participates in all areas of Human Resources.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a stable project, working closely with the head of the department and gaining an overall view of people management, participating both in the labour area and in recruitment, training and other HR-related projects.
What you'll do
- Support in the day-to-day management of the Human Resources department.
- Participation in selection and recruitment processes.
- Collaboration in training and development activities.
- Management and control of labour documentation.
- Support in the management of hiring, terminations and staff incidents.
- Collaboration in monitoring labour procedures, ensuring proper document management and compliance with current legislation.
- Support in different areas related to administration and personnel management.
How you'll work
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.
- Main workplace in Cambados, with regular travel to Campañó and occasional trips to other company centres.
Requirements
Management of payroll, time control, selection processes, basic labour legislation and office tools.
