Requirements

What we're looking for

Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
Complementary training in project management or business administration will be valued.
Minimum 3 years in similar positions (IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, or business-technology interface roles).
Experience in the implementation of ERP systems, CRM, or cloud solutions.
Practical knowledge in infrastructure, networks, and systems architecture.
Experience managing technological projects with agile or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic vision and results orientation.
Analytical capacity to evaluate the impact and ROI of technological initiatives.
Proactive, collaborative, and change-oriented attitude.
Intermediate-advanced English (international environment).

What you'll do

To be the strategic link between business and technology, ensuring alignment between the company's priorities and IT solutions.
To analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.
To gather the needs of the different departments and transform them into functional and technical requirements.
To participate in the definition of technological roadmaps alongside the IT team.
To accompany the complete cycle of digital projects: from functional analysis, prioritization, and budgeting, to implementation monitoring.
To coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders to guarantee effective execution.
To promote a culture of technological innovation and operational efficiency within the organization.
