Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum training in Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in processes and quality in the food industry (a degree in Food Science and Technology is valued).
  • Previous experience in industrial or production environments.

An important company in the food sector is looking to match with a Quality Supervisor for the morning shift.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Quality Management, you will be in charge of coordinating the morning shift quality team and ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and OSH). You will monitor indicators, verify self-controls in the plant, and collaborate closely with the Production area to guarantee efficiency and safety. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of making decisions regarding non-conformities, providing internal training, and actively participating in internal and external audits.
