Professional with a technical profile.
Organized, methodical, dynamic, decisive, and proactive person, with the potential to learn, the ability to work in a team, and planning and management skills.
Ease of verbal and written communication.
Service and collaboration attitude towards internal and external clients.
Education that provides a solid understanding of the insurance and financial environment, especially from fields such as Actuarial Science, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or other related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience contributing with technical expertise in specialized Life teams, whether in insurance companies or in the management of pension funds and plans, demonstrating the ability to handle complex environments.
Ability to fully manage life insurance products and pension plans, participating in the preparation of documentation, the launch of new solutions, and the evolution and maintenance of existing ones.
Competence to communicate in English at an upper-intermediate level in professional situations, both in conversations and in writing.
Rigor and reliability to work within the regulatory frameworks of the insurance sector, correctly applying current regulations and ensuring technical quality in decision-making.

Our working hours are flexible, and you will have the possibility to work more than 50% of your time remotely.

In this position, integrated into Cajamar Seguros, the joint venture created between Generali and Cajamar for the development and distribution of insurance solutions in Life, Pensions, and Non-Life, and reporting directly to the Director of the Life and Pensions Business Area, within the Business Division, you will assume the following responsibilities:

What you'll do

-Oversee the proper functioning of employment pension funds and plans, and group insurance products managed by the Company.

-Prepare management reports for each of the employment pension plans and PEPPs (Pan-European Personal Pensions).

-Carry out administrative tasks, providing support and advice to the Branch and Client Network.

-Manage the technical and administrative aspects of group products.

-Collaborate in the design, launch, communication, and implementation of new group insurance and pension plan products.

-Provide support to the sales network: assist the sales force and other departments in client retention efforts.

-Extract data from information systems to produce monitoring and control reports on group business and prepare statistics on it (both internal and external).

-Assist in the preparation of accounting closings for group products.
