Requirements

What we're looking for

You are the person we are looking for if: -You have training in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Digital Prepress, or similar. -You have 2-3 years of experience in design, prepress, or artwork management, preferably in regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or veterinary. -You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro. -You have knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging regulations, especially regarding elements such as Braille and Datamatrix codes. -You have a B2-C1 level of English.

The role

Are you passionate about design and materials editing and would you like to be part of a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector? We are looking for a Materials Editing (Artworks) and Master Data Technician to cover a temporary vacancy, with a key role in the creation, review, and management of the company's packaging materials.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day: -You will design and modify final artworks for packaging materials, such as cartons, leaflets, labels, and aluminum foils, based on technical drawings and approved texts. -You will review materials to guarantee the quality and accuracy of the designs, paying special attention to texts, barcodes, Datamatrix, and Braille. -You will manage material versions, ensuring the traceability of changes and the correct maintenance of files. -You will coordinate the sending of final artworks to printing houses, resolve technical queries, and review color proofs before manufacturing. -You will collaborate with the Supply Chain and Production teams to coordinate the implementation of new designs. -You will register materials and products in the company's management system and collect the necessary technical information from other departments.
