Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, managing key clients, and developing relationships with suppliers.

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, driving sales and optimizing results.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve market penetration and share of wallet.
• Lead negotiations in key tenders and major agreements.
• Provide structured guidance and commercial support to internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, increasing loyalty and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams regarding suppliers.
• Support teams in charge and Business Development Executives (BDEs), as applicable.
