Business Development Manager Cisco Security

Purpose of the role

Responsible for driving the growth of the Cisco Security business at TD SYNNEX, translating the manufacturer's strategy to the market and developing opportunities in strategic segments. You will work in coordination with Cisco, marketing, and the sales teams to increase market share and profitability.

What you will do:

• Develop the Cisco Security business and execute the strategy defined for the unit.

• Identify, develop, and close new opportunities together with the sales teams and partners.

• Lead negotiations for strategic opportunities and large projects.

• Prepare commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.

• Drive the sale of cybersecurity solutions and services.

• Manage quarterly business planning with Cisco and ensure its proper execution.

• Maintain a strong relationship with Cisco and key stakeholders.

• Support and empower sales teams to increase sales and market share.

• Ensure follow-up on opportunities and commercial activity through the CRM.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the Cisco Security portfolio and its solutions.

What we are looking for in you:

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing within the IT sector.

• Previous experience with Cisco Security, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or similar manufacturers.

• Knowledge of the distribution channel and technology manufacturer ecosystem.

• Experience selling value-added solutions and services.

• Interest or experience in cybersecurity, preferably in Cisco technologies.

• Ability to build relationships at different levels, both with customers and manufacturers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-oriented profile.

• Planning and business management skills.

• Experience working in matrix and collaborative environments.

• Professional English.

Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio de Cisco Security en TD SYNNEX, trasladando la estrategia del fabricante al mercado y desarrollando oportunidades en segmentos estratégicos. • Garantizar el seguimiento de oportunidades y actividad comercial a través del CRM.

Qué buscamos en ti:

• Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, ventas o marketing de producto dentro del sector IT.

• Experiencia previa en Cisco Security, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point o fabricantes similares.

• Conocimiento del canal de distribución y ecosistema de fabricantes tecnológicos.

• Experiencia en venta de soluciones y servicios de valor añadido.

• Interés o experiencia en ciberseguridad, preferiblemente en tecnologías Cisco.

• Capacidad para generar relaciones a distintos niveles, tanto con clientes como con fabricantes.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.

• Perfil autónomo, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

• Capacidad de planificación y gestión de negocio.
