The role

We are looking to hire an AI Observability Consultant to participate in a long-term project, oriented towards the monitoring, observability, and operation of technological and cloud environments.

Participate in the definition, implementation, and evolution of observability and monitoring solutions, providing visibility into the behavior of applications and infrastructures through metrics, logs, and traces, especially in cloud environments.

Design and evolve observability and monitoring solutions.
Work with metrics, logs, and traces to obtain a complete view of the state of the systems.
Analyze incidents and the behavior of applications and infrastructures.
Define monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
Participate in the identification and resolution of performance and availability problems.
Work with technical teams to improve the observability of applications and services.
Implement monitoring best practices in cloud environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operation and support processes.
Apply ITIL best practices in the management and operation of technological services.
