Senior experience in IT service management, preferably in banking.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Service Manager profile to guarantee the governance, monitoring, and operational quality of the service, ensuring compliance with SMO processes and the traceability of documentation, preferably in critical financial environments.

What you'll do

Supervise compliance with SMO processes and guarantee operational traceability.
Manage and validate incident reports, control deadlines, and maintain an updated registry of relevant incidents.
Prepare information for monitoring committees with the Business and client entities.
Draft communications related to changes and incidents.
Perform end-to-end incident monitoring, validate root cause analysis (RCA), and workarounds.
Participate in War Rooms during working hours.
Drive the automation of repetitive and manual processes.
