What we're looking for
DO YOU IDENTIFY WITH THIS? IT IS TIME TO TAKE THE LEAP!VALUED TRAINING:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, especially when complemented with knowledge or experience in Finance.
Solid economic-financial vision and knowledge of financial processes, along with experience in transformation and digitalization, with the ability to connect financial, technological, and business perspectives.
Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA and in the implementation or evolution of ERP solutions applied to the financial sphere.
Knowledge and experience in SOX and financial internal control, as well as the ability to approach the evolution and automation of control models.
Experience in optimization, automation, and digitalization of financial processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
Practical experience in Artificial Intelligence applied to processes, including the creation or development of AI-based solutions and agents, as well as the ability to identify new use cases and lead their adoption together with technology teams.
Ability to lead projects transversally and work with multidisciplinary teams, connecting Finance, Technology, Data, and business, without the need to exercise direct management of teams.
Initiative, curiosity, and orientation toward change, with an interest in new models, methodologies, and technologies applicable to the economic-financial environment.
Nice to have
Additional training related to Finance, digital transformation, technology, data, regulation, financial control, or Artificial Intelligence will be valued

That you are attracted to challenges to drive the transformation of Finance towards a more digital, efficient, and connected model, integrating regulation, accounting standards, ESG, taxation, technology, and Artificial Intelligence with an end-to-end vision.
We are looking for a profile that combines a solid economic-financial vision with experience in technology and process transformation, capable of connecting Finance, Technology, Data, Audit, and Internal Control. A person who understands business processes transversally and is capable of transforming functional and regulatory needs into solutions that allow for the simplification, automation, and optimization of financial processes.
A position with a significant component of transformation and transversal leadership of change, from which you will drive new ways of working and accelerate the adoption of generative Artificial Intelligence in Finance, identifying use cases, redesigning processes, and working with technology teams to put solutions into practice.
What you'll do
Drive the evolution of financial internal control from SOX to SCIIF, leading the adaptation to new regulations and promoting the automation of controls to strengthen financial compliance and Compliance.
Integrate ESG criteria within the financial sphere, guaranteeing the quality, traceability, and control of information with regulatory impact and in Group reporting.
Drive the digitalization of new legal and regulatory requirements, such as those linked to electronic invoicing or the AEAT Observatory, favoring integrated, automated digital processes with end-to-end traceability between business and economic-financial processes, both in the company's ERP and in satellite systems.
Drive the evolution and automation of financial consolidation in Spain, adapting it to the expansion of Telefónica España's perimeter and reinforcing automation, data integrity, and Group reporting efficiency.
Accelerate the adoption of generative Artificial Intelligence in Finance, identifying use cases, promoting the review and optimization of processes, and leading transversally, together with technology teams, the development and adoption of new solutions and financial agents.
Lead transversal projects linked to the evolution of SAP S/4HANA in Finance, adapting and implementing new financial needs and functionalities in the company's ERP.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCIA DESEADA
Consolidated experience of at least 5 years in financial and technological transformation environments, either from financial functions or from financial business consulting, participating in projects that combine processes, technology, and Finance.
Experience in the implementation or evolution of SAP S/4HANA, as well as in projects for the optimization, automation, and digitalization of financial processes.
Experience in financial internal control and SOX, especially in environments of transformation and automation of controls.
Practical experience in the creation or development of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions and agents, applied to the improvement and transformation of processes.
