What you'll do

In the IoT Solutions Implementation and Project Management unit of Telefónica Tech, we lead the implementation and execution of projects for our clients, ensuring the fulfillment of scope, deadline, quality, and budget objectives.

We are responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring fluid communication between all involved teams and supervising the correct execution of the activities necessary for their success.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?

You will lead audiovisual projects for large clients in the IoT segment, as part of a team specialized in IoT solutions. You will coordinate all project phases, from initial planning to delivery and closure, acting as the main point of contact between the client and the various teams involved.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, managing resources, risks, budgets, and deadlines, and ensuring service quality and client satisfaction at all times.

In your day-to-day, you will mainly:

  • Integrally manage audiovisual projects for Corporate clients, leading all phases of the project lifecycle according to the methodologies and procedures defined by the company:
    • Initiation:project launch, review of the contracted scope, identification of stakeholders, requirements analysis, and initial alignment with the client and involved teams.
    • Planning:definition of the project plan, schedule, resources, quality plan, communications, risk management, procurement, and dependencies.
    • Execution:coordination of the activities necessary for the correct implementation of the solution, guaranteeing compliance with the committed scope, and the management of change or unforeseen risks.
    • Monitoring and control:monitoring progress, milestone control, deviation analysis, risk and change management, preparation of status reports, and continuous communication with the various stakeholders.
    • Closure: completion of deliverables, client acceptance, administrative and financial project closure, as well as documentation of lessons learned.
  • Lead internal and client kick-off meetings, ensuring a correct project transition from the pre-sales and engineering areas toward operations.
  • Manage the relationship and communication with clients, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Coordinate the management of purchases, orders, and supplies necessary for project execution.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project planning, guaranteeing compliance with committed deadlines.
  • Manage risks, incidents, dependencies, and scope changes, analyzing their impact and defining the corresponding mitigation actions.
  • Perform financial control of projects, including the planning and monitoring of costs, revenue, invoicing, profitability, and budget deviation analysis.
  • Coordinate and mobilize the various areas involved to guarantee the correct execution and commissioning of audiovisual solutions.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site installations, integrations, and commissioning activities when necessary.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate incidents that may impact the fulfillment of project objectives.
  • Keep project information updated in corporate tools, ensuring continuous reporting to both the client and the various internal interlocutors.
  • Manage partial and final project deliverables, guaranteeing their quality and acceptance.
  • Ensure the correct transition of projects toward the operation and service areas, obtaining the corresponding acceptance and the Ready for Service (RFS) declaration
