Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Training in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Introduction, maintenance, and updating of databases
  • Introduction, review, and validation of data in Excel
  • Preparation and updating of reports, lists, and summaries using spreadsheets
  • Analysis and processing of large volumes of information
  • Extraction, organization, and consolidation of information for different departments
  • Resolution of incidents related to data, records, and administrative documentation
