Education: Higher Vocational Training or University Degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar).
Experience: Previous experience in an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) or HR departments is valued, but above all, we are looking for attitude and the capacity to learn.
Languages: Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written, at a high level.
Skills: Organizational capacity, customer orientation, and the ability to work in dynamic environments (multitasking).
Residence: Preferably in Vilafranca del Penedès or surrounding areas.
Own vehicle to carry out commercial visits to clients (mileage is reimbursed).
