We are looking for a customer service representative to support the purchasing and commercial department in Rubí, for an important company in the automotive sector.

• Attend to customers and provide support to the sales network.
• Consult stocks and production times using the internal software.
• Manage orders, quotes, and the corresponding documentation.
• Resolve and control incidents efficiently.
• Help the customer understand how the product or service works
• Process orders and returns, ensuring that purchases, exchanges, and returns are carried out correctly.
• Collect feedback, listen to suggestions and comments to improve the customer experience.

• Have a Higher Level Vocational Training Certificate - Administration and Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and fluent English
• Own vehicle
