From our company, we are selecting a DIRECTOR for an important company dedicated to the Employment Training sector located in Madrid.
Your mission will be to design, coordinate, and supervise training programs and services aimed at companies, ensuring that the products respond to the strategic needs of clients and contribute to talent development and the improvement of business competitiveness.
What you'll do
- Plan service strategies, aligned with business objectives. Identify potential clients and carry out commercial activity for their acquisition.
- Supervise the production team to ensure business growth and guarantee service quality.
- Design and manage strategic budgets.
- Supervise the human and material resources assigned to guarantee business profitability.
- Maintain relationships with collaborating entities and providers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate the impact of training through KPIs and client feedback.
How you'll work

Requirements
- University degree related to the sector
- Valuable: Complementary training in project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training positions
- Experience dealing with corporate clients and team management
- Knowledge of instructional design and learning methodologies, and of applicable legislation regarding employment training
- Experience in KPI analysis (customer satisfaction, completion rate, profitability, compliance with deadlines and budgets)
