What you'll get
Permanent contract from day one (professional stability)
Schedule: Rotating morning shift (7am to 3pm) and afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm).
Salary: 24,000 gross euros per year
The role
We need to hire a WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER (ROTATING SHIFTS) for a logistics center located in Tres Cantos.
What you'll do
Start and supervise the shift — Start the shift and ensure that production is running correctly.
Resolve unforeseen issues — Attend to any problems or emergencies that arise during the shift.
Manage carriers — Coordinate the entry and exit of trucks and transport.
Perform administrative tasks — Register and update data in the system, control the production schedule.
Manage absences and conduct
Communicate to the team — Inform the staff of the production planning.
Supervise safety best practices - Check that regulations are being met and that the environment is safe for everyone.
Report to the manager — Notify your supervisor of any important incidents.
Requirements
* Having a Vocational Training Cycle (Intermediate/Higher level) or a Professional Certificate in Logistics and Transport will be positively valued
* Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
* Experience in cold chambers will be valued.
* Own vehicle.
