Warehouse Team Leader (Rotating Shifts)

We are looking for a WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER (ROTATING SHIFTS) to join a logistics center located in Tres Cantos.

What will my day-to-day look like?

Work in a temperature-controlled chamber at 4-6ºC

Start and supervise the shift — Get the shift underway and make sure production is running correctly.

Resolve unexpected issues — Handle any problems or emergencies that arise during the shift.

Order preparation and picking

Manage carriers — Coordinate the arrival and departure of trucks and transport.

Carry out administrative tasks — Record and update data in the system, monitor the production board.

Manage absences and conduct

Communicate with the team — Inform the staff of the production plan.

Supervise good safety practices — Check that rules are being followed and that the environment is safe for everyone.

Report to the manager — Notify your supervisor of any major incidents.

Permanent contract from day one (professional stability)

Salary: 24,000 euros gross per year

EUR 24,000 per year

Schedule: Morning shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and afternoon shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.), rotating.

* Having a Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate/Advanced) or a Professional Certificate in Logistics and Transport will be positively valued.

* Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position.

* Experience in cold storage chambers will be valued.

* Own vehicle.

Precisamos la incorporación de un/a TEAM LEADER ALMACÉN (TURNOS ROTATIVOS) para un centro logístico ubicada en Tres Cantos.

¿Como será mi día a día?

Trabajo en cámara a temperatura controlada 4-6ºC

Arrancar y supervisar el turno — Poner en marcha el turno y asegurarte de que la producción funciona correctamente.

Resolver imprevistos — Atender cualquier problema o urgencia que aparezca durante el turno.

Preparación de pedidos y picking

Gestionar transportistas — Coordinar la entrada y salida de camiones y transportes.

Hacer tareas administrativas — Registrar y actualizar datos en el sistema, controlar el cuadro de producción.

Gestionar ausencias y conductas

Comunicar al equipo — Informar a la plantilla del planning de producción.

Supervisar buenas prácticas de seguridad - Comprobar que se cumplen las normas y que el entorno es seguro para todos.

Informar al gestor — Avisar a tu responsable de cualquier incidencia importante.

Contrato indefinido desde el primer día (estabilidad profesional)

Salario: 24.000 euros brutos anuales

EUR 24,000 per year

Horario: Turno mañana (7h a 15h) y turno tarde (15h a 23h) rotativos.

* Se valorará positivamente disponer de un Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio/Superior o un Certificado Profesional de Logística y Transporte

* Experiencia mínima de al menos 2-3 años en un puesto similar.

* Se valorará experiencia en cámaras frías.
