Labor Relations Manager

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a decisive, organized person with a collaborative mindset, who combines knowledge of labor relations, personnel administration, and Spanish labor regulations with experience in business advisory and the coordination of administration and labor relations teams in environments with multiple work centers.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Labor Relations) in companies of similar size (400 employees).

• Practical command of labor legislation (Statute of Workers, Social Security, hiring, working hours, leaves, disciplinary regime, etc.).

• Experience in payroll management

• Degree in (e.g., Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration + labor specialization) or equivalent.

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in residential development and construction, we want to welcome to our new headquarters in Torrevieja a Labor Relations Manager with a focus on employee service.

• Lead and ensure the correct management of labor relations for the company, with a focus on the headquarters and sites/construction works.

• Coordinate and develop a team of 3-4 people, assigning priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and deadlines.

• Supervise and coordinate the monthly payroll preparation process, the recording of HR journal entries, and the settlement of payments to the TGSS

• Supervise the correct management of hiring, working hours, leaves, incidents, and labor documentation

  Manage and coordinate labor conflicts, corrective measures, and disciplinary procedures, guaranteeing rigor and traceability.

• Coordinate the management of inspections and requests from the Administration, gathering information and monitoring actions.

• Manage the relationship with external advisors (consultancies and law firms) for conciliations, mediations, and proceedings.

• Ensure that employees are attended to regarding their needs associated with contractual or informative conditions.

• Prepare and maintain reports and indicators of Labor Relations for decision-making.
