About the role

Position Mission

The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Human Resources and Labor Relations. They will work closely with Management, coordinating with the industrial manager and plant managers, to implement a homogeneous organizational and people management model across all work centers. Their objective will be to ensure the correct planning and sizing of workforces, anticipate operational needs, and ensure strict compliance with labor regulations, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach.

Main Responsibilities

- Operational Planning and Organization: Prepare, review, and keep up to date staffing maps for each plant. Efficiently plan shifts, breaks, and vacations, establishing formal procedures that guarantee coverage of facilities at all times and avoid improvisation.

- Labor Relations: Act as the company's main internal labor expert. Ensure the correct application of collective bargaining agreements, manage the disciplinary system, handle labor inspections, and optimize coordination with external advisors.

- Attendance Control and Reporting: Lead the implementation of a centralized system for tracking working hours, overtime, and absenteeism. Present a monthly executive dashboard (KPIs) and 30-60 day needs forecasts to Management.

- Selection and Organizational Development: Centralize and standardize the recruitment cycle to avoid purely reactive hiring. Clearly define the corporate organizational chart and job descriptions for each position.

- Talent, Evaluation, and Compensation: Design cross-training matrices to ensure coverage for critical positions. Implement performance evaluation systems and establish a standardized salary map by category and work center.

- Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Coordination: Provide comprehensive coordination of occupational risk prevention across all group centers. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of safety policies, guaranteeing a safe working environment for the entire workforce in terms of training, safety, etc. For excellent performance in these duties, specific training, such as a master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, as well as proven prior experience managing this area within the industrial sector, is highly valued.
