• Availability to work onsite in Tenerife, or hybrid when production requires.
• Excellent practical knowledge of film production pipeline and methodologies in 2D and 3d animation, for TV, series and Featured Films.

As a production coordinator in the field of animation, your responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the project and the studio you are working for. However, some common tasks typically include:

• Coordinating the Production Team: Assisting the producer and coordinating tasks as needed (schedule, document updates, schedule development, promotional materials, etc.).
• Production Control: Ensuring compliance with deliveries and production schedule, as well as compliance with procedures, so that workflow between departments is smooth and there are no delays affecting the schedule.
• Artist Follow-up: Conducting daily rounds with artists to be aware of production status, issues, and task progress.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking and reporting task status, as well as identifying potential production delays.
• Managing Requests: From the team, director, department heads, and production manager.
• Meeting Coordination: Attending production meetings and providing information for progress assessments, delays, specific events that may affect departments or production, as required. Organizing departmental meetings. Taking notes in these meetings to then distribute them to stakeholders.
