Maintenance and Works Technician

Possessing an integral vision to ensure the functioning of our campus facilities. The position requires a profile that must stand out for the ability to solve problems in multiple areas (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, etc.) in an agile manner. Commissioning of electromechanical systems and general services, with the capacity to coordinate various technical areas and guarantee that academic infrastructures operate at 100%.

What are your FUNCTIONS?

• Corrective Maintenance: Detection of faults and rapid repair in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting installations.
• Integral Preventive Maintenance: Supervise and execute maintenance plans in low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and construction finishes.
• Operation of Centralized Systems: Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to adjust comfort and efficiency parameters in classrooms and offices.
• Fault Resolution: Diagnose complex technical failures and execute emergency repairs to minimize the impact on the university community. Handling of fault reports and notices from users or center staff.
• Support in the coordination of works carried out by external companies in minor works.
