Internship Management Technician - Education

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially:

Excel (medium-high level):

• Word: preparation and review of documents.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data in an organized manner.

• Knowledge of the education sector.

Manage and monitor external academic internship processes, ensuring correct student assignment, compliance with administrative requirements, and fluid communication with students, collaborating centers, and the internal team

• Comprehensive management of the academic internship process (assignment, monitoring, and closure).
• Contact with collaborating centers, academic tutors, and students.
• Preparation and maintenance of Excel databases for the control of:

1. Students on internships

2. Collaborating centers

3. Agreements and associated documentation

4. Internship statuses

• Updating and analyzing information using spreadsheets, filters, tables, and formulas.
• Preparation of reports and lists for internal monitoring.
• Administrative support in the management of agreements and official documentation.
• Resolution of incidents related to internships.
• Regular use of Office tools and internal platforms.
