The role

B2B Manager - Atlas

Atlas wants to build its second revenue stream, and we need the person who is going to take it from MVP to a real revenue machine. We are talking about three channels at once: institutional licenses (schools, hospitals, high-performance centers, immigration agencies and consultancies), a network of partners that generate leads, and a network of allied universities. All of this is currently an MVP. In one year, it must bill €0.7M. In two, x3.

If you are more excited by building something from scratch than managing something that already works, if you know how to navigate boardrooms and institutions through long cycles, and if you are as much a salesperson as a strategist, this role is yours.

Build and lead the Atlas B2B revenue stream across its three channels: selling licenses to institutions, a lead generation partner network (B2B2C), and the University Partnership Network (allied universities). You will take the area from MVP to €0.7M in revenue in Year 1, by systematizing the B2B commercial machine, leading cross-functional projects with Marketing, Education, Customer Care, and Legal, and developing the current B2B team.

What you'll do

  • Take over the current B2B area, with the B2B Specialist reporting to you from Day 1: 1:1s, individual objectives, and development plans.

  • Systematize the commercial machine: a single pipeline, partnership tiers, weekly prospecting cadence, and a functioning attribution dashboard.

  • Finalize the licensing model: volume packs, renewal conditions, and a standard contract with Legal.

  • Bill €0.7M in Year 1, with license sales as the main lever.

  • Scale the B2B2C channel: an active partner portfolio with a committed lead projection, adding sales attributed to the B2C channel every month.

  • Consolidate the University Partnership Network with operational and revenue-generating agreements.

  • Generate systematic reporting for the area: weighted pipeline, monthly B2B forecast, and P&L by channel.

  • Lead institutional projects from end to end: business case → negotiation → contract → launch → billing.

  • Ensure recurring revenue (not just one-off sales) by monitoring license usage and renewal rates.

🐺 WHO YOU ARE

  • A benchmark for our values: all in, in a pack, and wild.

  • Builder attitude: you turn an MVP into a revenue machine without previous structure—you roll up your sleeves, prospect, and close deals yourself while building the system.

  • Consultative selling: you navigate management, HR, and universities through long cycles with multiple decision-makers.

  • Strategic vision: you connect the three B2B channels with each other and with the vertical's strategy.

  • You know how to develop people: you grow your team from accompanied prospecting to closing deals autonomously.

  • Truly cross-functional: you lead projects with teams that do not report to you (Marketing, Education, CC, Legal), joining forces for a common goal.

  • Persistent: you sustain long cycles, ghosting, and institutional "noes" without losing prospecting cadence.

  • Analytical: you decide based on weighted pipeline, partner attribution, and P&L by channel—not intuition.

Atlas is our University Access unit. So far, almost all of its revenue comes from B2C. This role exists to build the other half of the equation.
