What we're looking for

You truly develop people—you coach managers and salespeople through call listening and roleplays, and you make them grow. It is the heart of the position. You connect with young teams: you speak their language, you are in the trenches and not just in reporting, and you are someone the team wants to follow, not just someone they report to.

At the same time, you think like a business: you connect sales operations with the vertical's objectives, you structure the team with a focus on critical KPIs and a weekly forecast with less than 10% deviation, and you communicate clearly to your team, the Business Lead, and the founders. You join forces with Marketing, Customer Care, and Academic Direction for the common goal, and you know how to hire A Players to go from 15 to 30 salespeople without lowering the level.

And above all: high standards—for you, an 8 is mediocre, neither in your team nor in yourself—and persistence to push demanding objectives without losing energy, even in months of strong seasonality.

1. 3+ years of experience in high-volume B2C sales (telephone sales / video call).

2. You have led a sales team of at least 15 people with intermediate managers under your charge.

3. A track record of meeting revenue objectives and scaling teams (to be validated with real numbers during the selection process).

Nice to have

4. A huge plus: education/edtech, telephone sales with a 2,000-5,000€ ticket, international markets (English is a plus), scale-ups with strong seasonality, AI applied to sales.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

1. Remuneration: 50,000€ gross annual fixed + variable linked to objectives.

2. Real and transparent visibility of the business. The problems and the successes.

3. Management freedom.

4. Offices in Madrid (Cuzco).

5. 28 days of vacation.

6. Private medical insurance with Alan.

7. Flexible compensation with Payflow.

8. Access to sports centers with Wellhub.

The role

Hi there, superstar!!

Keep reading only if you find happiness in self-improvement, in suffering and giving beyond your maximum for challenges that seem impossible, and in achieving results as a team—giving and receiving the feedback that makes those by your side better. If that describes you, this is your place and this is your moment.

What you'll do

You are going to be the total owner of the revenue result for the Atlas B2C channel. And the challenge is concrete: triple it from 4M to 12M€.

To achieve this, you will grow the sales team from 15 to 30 people in 12 months, with 3 Team Leaders reporting to you (2 in Spain, 1 in Portugal) and each new hire billing in less than a month. You will increase revenue per salesperson to 40K€/month and the conversion from qualified lead to enrollment from 20% to 30%, keeping CAC under control and returns below 4%. And you will not just execute: you will provide the team with strategic vision for the bottom part of the funnel—pricing, product, lead quality—to build the international benchmark for university access, starting with Spain and Portugal.

You are not coming to build the engine from scratch. You are coming to take one that already works and take it where no one has taken it before.

How you'll work

5. Madrid, on-site: the sales floor is your place.

Hiring process

No generic CVs or cover letters. We want a 10-minute video where you tell us:

1. The best sales team you have built: how many you were, what you billed per salesperson, and how you achieved it.

2. A metric that you truly moved (conversion, average ticket, revenue): from where to where and what exactly you did.

3. What your real coaching week looks like: listening, roleplays, 1:1s. What you do, not the theory.

4. Why Atlas and why now.

That tells us more than any CV. Send it to people@ucademy.com🚀🧡

In their own words

About the company & team

THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU UPON JOINING UCADEMY, WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED

We started 2022 with Ramiro (🦁) and Pablo (🐺) living in Bali and a dream of doing something great: that first year we billed 1.3M without investment. In 2023 we scaled and took a hard hit—we failed by doing everything the books say not to do. 2024 was a year of survival with practically no resources, and even so, we did a x3 vs 2022, because the goal never stopped being to keep believing and growing. In 2025, starting from May, we were able to look at the medium term and truly scale: 200% YoY. And now, in the fifth year, with many wounds healed, we are proving to ourselves what we are capable of.

We aspire to something simple to understand and difficult to achieve: creating a WooooW product that leaves a legacy in society—today we are good and we want to be absurdly incredible—and leveraging what has been built in 25/26 to be the ultimate benchmarks for university access in the world, starting with Spain.

We are a PACK that works and sacrifices so that we all meet our objectives—the one that matters is always the common one, and each member fulfills their commitments because we are a high-performance team. A WILD pack, where we are ourselves and constructive feedback is given and accepted. And a pack that goes ALL IN: we don't know how to do things halfway. Results sometimes arrive; effort is never negotiable, and neither is seeking the impossible solution. We uphold these values even when they do not benefit us.
