We want to build a faculty of specialized tutors in the Social Area, in which each professional contributes their expertise in their category and in the administrations they know best.

You do not need to master all the exams or all the administrations. We are looking for those who have in-depth knowledge of one or several.

• Social Work (A2)

• Social Education (A2)

• Psychology (A1)

• Occupational Therapy (A2)

• Social Integration (C1 / Higher Technician)

• Sociocultural Animation (C1 / Higher Technician)

These exams are called by very different administrations, and each one has its own syllabus, its own legislation, and its own way of examining. Social Work, for example, may appear at the State level, in an autonomous community, in a city council, in Penitentiary Institutions, in Social Security, or in a health service.

That is why we are especially looking for tutors who know the selection processes of:

• General State Administration

• Autonomous Communities

• Local Administration / City Councils

• Penitentiary Institutions

• Social Security

• Healthcare

• Other public bodies

In regional and local calls, the legislation of each community makes the difference. That is why we want to count on tutors from all autonomous communities, who know the regulations and processes of their territory firsthand.

• Social sector professionals with a permanent position (civil servants or permanent employees, active or on leave) in any of these categories.

• Tutors with experience in these competitive exams.

• People capable of working on both sides of the competitive exam:

  • the core content of the profession (intervention, methodology, resources, ethics...),

  • and the legislation and specific content of the administering authority, including the regional legislation of their community.

• Those who master practical case studies, which are key in most of these exams.

• Those who know how to teach and mentor: explaining clearly, providing useful feedback, and helping to sustain the preparation process.

• Fluency with digital tools. If you already use AI in your daily life, even better.

Depending on your category, the administrations you know, and your availability, you will be able to participate in one or several projects:

• Online classes on the professional syllabus and the specific syllabus of each administration.

• Practical case studies: designing them, solving them, and grading those of the students.

• Specific legislation (social services, dependency, minors, equality, criminal enforcement, Social Security...) depending on the call.

• Multiple-choice questions and mock exams in the real format.

• Preparation for oral or defense exams, when the call includes them.

• Student follow-up: resolving doubts and helping them progress.

• Syllabi, outlines, summaries, and short videos.

This is not a full-time or part-time job. You will collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy through the provision of services in specific educational projects, compatible with your professional activity.

If you have a permanent position, we do not ask you to leave your job. We want you to put your experience at the service of other candidates in a flexible way.
