The role

HELLO THERE!

At Ucademy, we're still going full speed ahead: we want to transform the way people learn, and we need you to be part of this revolution.

We're looking for our next Sales Development Representative for the Oposiciones team, someone full of energy, commercial drive, and a real passion for making a difference.

Education isn't moving at the pace it should. At Ucademy, we believe studying can be easier, more agile, and above all, much more enjoyable.

Our secret? A platform that learns from each student and maps out the ideal path to keep moving forward every day. Simple, powerful, and 100% personalized.

And now... we need someone who knows how to tell the story and sell it better than anyone else.

What you'll do

  • Advise future students in a close, honest way so they can reach their goals.

  • Clearly show how Ucademy can help them (and what will be expected of them!).

  • Manage your lead portfolio to achieve a high conversion percentage.- Analyze team data and metrics to refine your strategy and exceed objectives.

  • You'll be the first point of contact for many students: your confidence and charisma will make all the difference.

  • We want you to share your opinions, propose ideas, and contribute: here, bold ideas have real room to grow.

  • Your empathy will be your superpower for connecting with every person and conveying what it means to be part of Ucademy.

And most importantly... selling! If sales are your thing, this is your place. We build the rest together.

Hiring process

We want to get to know you. If what you've read resonates with you, now's the time to take the leap.
Ucademy is growing, and you can leave your mark on that story.

We can't wait to meet you! 🐾
