The role

Recruitment Technician - Temporary Contract

What you'll do

  • Analyze and describe selection profiles.
  • Carry out candidate sourcing through various recruitment sources, both nationally and internationally: job portals, UEM jobsite, selection providers, etc.
  • Establish agreements with recruitment providers that are effective in cost and performance, for efficient management of the R&S budget.
  • Perform database management and CV screening.
  • Incorporate all necessary information into the system for the execution of the R&S process, and keep the application updated.
  • Identify needs for adaptation and updating of the system and implement the necessary modifications using ICT.
  • Make telephone contacts and schedule candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct telephone interviews, in-person interviews, group dynamics, and psychometric tests.
  • Prepare candidate reports and pre-select finalists.
  • Close hiring offers with candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates to keep them informed and interested in the process.
  • Participate in the identification and development processes of critical talent employees (Talent Pool).
  • Propose possible internal candidates for arising vacancies, in order to maximize their coverage through internal promotion.
  • Follow up on the onboarding of candidates.
  • Implement the onboarding plan and follow up on the process.
