We are currently looking to add a Waste Treatment Project and Bid Engineer to our Madrid team.
What you'll do
Technically and operationally analyze waste treatment plant processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare technical studies and bid comparisons for waste treatment plant projects (mechanical-biological treatment and other facilities).
Perform material and energy balance calculations, verifying the consistency of processes and associated facility consumption.
Review and validate technical documentation and engineering drawings, ensuring they meet project specifications.
Coordinate with the Projects, Business Development, Drafting, and Operations departments to ensure the proper definition and execution of technical solutions.
Participate in technical project monitoring during the design, execution, and commissioning phases, making periodic site visits.
Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous optimization of treatment processes and facilities.
What are we looking for?
Education: Technical engineering degree or similar.
Advanced proficiency in office software and technical tools (CAD and similar).
Ability to identify problems and take a solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Tratamiento de Madrid un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos y Ofertas Técnicas.
What you'll do
Analizar técnica y operativamente los procesos de plantas de tratamiento de residuos, identificando oportunidades de mejora en eficiencia, rendimiento y cumplimiento normativo.
Elaborar estudios técnicos y comparativos de ofertas para proyectos de plantas de tratamiento de residuos (TMB y otras instalaciones).
Realizar cálculos de balances de materia y energía, verificando la coherencia de los procesos y consumos asociados a las instalaciones.
Revisar y validar la documentación técnica y los planos de ingeniería, garantizando su adecuación a las especificaciones de los proyectos.
Coordinarse con los departamentos de Proyectos, Desarrollo de Negocio, Delineación y Operaciones para asegurar la correcta definición y ejecución de las soluciones técnicas.
Participar en el seguimiento técnico de los proyectos durante las fases de diseño, ejecución y puesta en marcha, realizando visitas periódicas a obra.
Detectar incidencias técnicas, proponer soluciones y colaborar en la optimización continua de los procesos e instalaciones de tratamiento.
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación: Ingeniería técnica o similar.
Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas y software técnico (CAD y similares).
Capacidad de detección de problemas y ser resolutivo.
Capacidad de análisis, síntesis y redacción.
