The role

In the Telemarketing department, we are looking for a Supervisor for our office in Madrid.

What you'll do

Management of a telephone sales team
Analysis and reporting: campaign results and definition of measures and improvements.
Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs.
Selection of new hires.
Search for new ways of team management and motivation.
