Telemarketing Coordinator (Outbound Calls)

From our company, we are selecting for an important call center in the telecommunications and energy sector located in Madrid a Team Coordinator who will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising the team of sales agents.

1. Train and select the telesales team.
2. Supervise and coordinate our sales agents to achieve the fulfillment of the objective.
3. Analysis of call data, call frequency, intervals between them, and effectiveness ratio measures
4. Perform follow-up to detect possible deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
5. Provide reports/feedback on the assigned team.
6. Audit calls.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (team coordination in telesales / outbound calls).
• Minimum of a University Degree or equivalent.
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Results orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
