Position Mission

Define, implement, and optimize the company's corporate travel strategy, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency, traveler safety, compliance with corporate policies, and an excellent travel experience for employees. What you'll do

Main Responsibilities

Travel Program Strategy and Management

· Design, implement, and evolve the corporate travel policy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

· Define the overall corporate travel strategy, ensuring continuous optimization of costs, service quality, and traveler satisfaction.

· Identify improvement opportunities through process digitalization and the adoption of new travel management technologies.

· Ensure compliance with internal regulations, tax requirements, and corporate procedures related to travel.

Supplier Management and Negotiation

· Lead the negotiation and management of global contracts with airlines, hotel chains, car rental companies, travel agencies, and other strategic suppliers.

· Establish commercial agreements that maximize savings while maintaining high service standards.

· Conduct periodic supplier evaluations using performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

· Manage supplier tendering and selection processes together with Procurement teams.

Budget Control and Analysis

· Monitor corporate travel spending at both national and international levels.

· Analyze consumption trends, policy compliance levels, and optimization opportunities.

· Prepare executive reports and dashboards with management indicators covering savings, efficiency, and user experience.

· Develop action plans focused on cost reduction and profitability improvement.

Traveler Experience

· Ensure an efficient, safe travel experience aligned with business needs.

Safety and Risk Management
