The role

Regulatory and Tax Reporting Team within the Operations Area of CaixaBank Asset
Management. The selected person will assume the functional and organizational leadership of the team and will guarantee the correct execution, supervision, and evolution of the financial, tax, and regulatory information processes corresponding to the financial vehicles of an Investment Fund Manager.

Regulatory reporting of CIS and Financial and Tax Information

What you'll do

  • Supervise the preparation, validation, and submission to the National Securities
    Market Commission (CNMV) of public and reserved statements, periodic reports, and
    other regulatory information required of CIS and the management company.
  • Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, as well as
    the review and validation of Annual Accounts, Financial Statements, Notes to the
    Accounts, and Periodic Information of the Collective Investment Schemes.
  • Supervise the preparation, validation, and submission of Tax Reporting relating to
    Collective Investment Schemes within the scope of the Management Company.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, consistency, traceability, and timeliness of the
    Accounting, Tax, and Regulatory information reported within the scope of
    Collective Investment Schemes.
  • Lead the interpretation, impact analysis, and implementation of regulatory
    /tax changes within the scope of Management Companies with an impact on accounting, Financial Statements, Taxation, and the Regulatory Reporting of Collective Investment Schemes.
  • Lead the implementation of new products, interpreting the associated
    accounting, tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations, defining the
    necessary functional and operational requirements, and guaranteeing their correct
