Requirements

What we're looking for

4 or 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
Experience in the development or functional management of at least one project with Salesforce.
Understanding of the business flows of Salesforce clouds.
Ability to analyze the integrations surrounding a Salesforce system.
Ability to organize and prioritize the task backlog.
Ability and experience analyzing technical and functional requirements in Salesforce projects.
Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
High level of English (B2/C1), both spoken and written, to work in an international environment.

Nice to have

Knowledge of the Salesforce Non Profit Cloud solution is highly valued.

Education & certifications

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant with experience identifying the functional needs of projects, managing business flows across different Salesforce clouds, and a high level of English (B2/C1). Knowledge in non profit cloud will be highly valued.

What you'll do

Collect, analyze, and document functional and business requirements for digital environment projects.
Salesforce consulting across different clouds (Sales, Service, etc.).
Identification of the functional needs of projects.
Opportunity to perform project management tasks in a multinational environment.
Collaborate with technical teams, BAs, and PMs throughout the full cycle of our internal projects.
