We are currently looking to add a Sales Strategic Representative to our team.
About the position
As a Sales Strategic Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities through potential clients, partners, distributors, and new strategic market players.
Unlike a traditional commercial position based on managing a client portfolio or a defined territory, this role will be especially oriented toward opening new channels and business models, working with organizations that may have commercial structures, sales processes, and value propositions different from the usual ones.
This will be a position with a high component of business development, creativity, and construction, in which it will be necessary to detect opportunities, define how to approach them commercially, and coordinate with different internal and external teams to convert them into business.
The person must be able to operate with agility in dynamic environments, have a great capacity for adaptation, and provide creativity to develop commercial approaches tailored to the characteristics of each opportunity.
What you'll do
- Prospect and work directly with potential clients, especially in strategic or newly created opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and activate new distributors, partners, and strategic players capable of generating business directly or indirectly.
- Design collaboration models adapted to the different commercial structures of clients, distributors, and partners.
- Develop new demand generation and sales channels, beyond traditional commercial models.
- Build joint value propositions with partners and other actors in the ecosystem.
- Manage commercial opportunities with complex sales cycles and with the participation of different interlocutors and decision-making areas.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities aligned with the growth objectives established by Management.
- Participate actively in commercial negotiations and in the definition of agreements with clients, partners, and distributors.
- Follow up on launched initiatives, analyzing results and adapting the model when necessary.
- Share learnings and best practices so that the developed models can be scaled and replicated with other partners, channels, or segments.
