The role
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.
Help shape how Wolters Kluwer's Revenue Operations and Commercial Transformation organisation runs, makes decisions and advances strategic priorities.
Working closely with the strategy lead, you will combine business coordination, analysis and project support. You will help leadership forums run effectively, maintain a clear view of strategic initiatives, and turn complex information into recommendations and executive-ready materials.
This role suits someone with 3+ years of relevant experience who enjoys varied work, brings structure to ambiguity and takes pride in both thoughtful analysis and reliable execution. You will receive close guidance while progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.
What you'll do
What you will do:
- Coordinate preparation and follow-through for senior leadership forums, business reviews and town halls, shaping agendas, consolidating contributions, preparing materials and tracking decisions and actions.
- Maintain an up-to-date view of the RevOps and Commercial Transformation project portfolio, working with initiative owners to surface progress, dependencies, risks and decisions requiring leadership attention.
- Build analyses, business cases and recommendations for strategic projects, translating findings into clear executive presentations and concise written materials.
- Help mobilise project teams assembled around specific topics, bringing together relevant experts and supporting scope definition, workplans, milestones and delivery coordination.
- Support cross-functional projects through practical PMO discipline, maintaining clear responsibilities, tracking actions and escalating issues early.
- Respond to emerging priorities and varied business questions, learning new topics quickly and delivering accurate, well-structured work under time pressure.
Hiring process
To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style. We value authenticity and want to ensure we're getting to know you-not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
