The role

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a specialist in Labor Relations and Labor Law with extensive experience in the management of collective and individual conflicts, negotiation with legal worker representation, and legal-labor advisory. The selected person will be responsible for leading collective bargaining negotiations, maintaining fluid dialogue with unions, managing disciplinary proceedings, and mediating in labor conflicts, both within the organization and before external bodies.

Likewise, they must have experience in the preparation and monitoring of judicial proceedings, attendance at conciliation hearings and trials, relationship with the Labor Inspectorate, and the drafting of legal-labor documentation, including collective agreements, accords, pacts, and sanctions. We will especially value their ability to guarantee compliance with current labor regulations and provide strategic legal advice to the organization.

What you'll do

Their functions will be the following:

- Collective agreement negotiations with works councils

- Processing of disciplinary proceedings

- Internal mediations for the resolution of interpersonal conflicts

- Fluid contact with unions

- Negotiation of collective labor conflicts: strikes, stoppages, terminations, etc.

- Mediations before the courts

- Drafting of collective agreements, pacts, accords, sanctions, etc.

- Advisory on legal proceedings

- Ensuring compliance with working conditions and legal regulations for workers (working hours, breaks, wages, safety conditions, etc.)

- Preparing documentation for trials and preliminary conciliation hearings

- Managing litigation control

- Intervening before the Labor Inspectorate

- Attending trials and conciliation hearings

Other aspects to consider

- Availability to travel within the national territory; schedule flexibility.
