Customer and employee trends are constantly changing. In order to optimize the turnover and operating profitability of your department, you will play a key role in the changes necessary to offer customers an unforgettable experience.

To do so:

• You pamper our customers throughout their stay and provide them with an appropriate response so that they become the best promoters of your establishment on the web. With you, service quality is non-negotiable!
• You assist your front office manager in administrative aspects and adopt management practices similar to theirs.
• You facilitate collaboration between the different departments (reception, housekeeping, and F&B).
• You actively contribute to the promotion and marketing of your establishment, with the aim of maximizing accommodation sales.
• You highlight the full range of services offered to our customers, particularly online check-in and fast check-out, so that they can spend more time on conversations and building relationships with customers.
• Adapting your shifts to develop professionally in both reception and food & beverage (rotating shifts, including occasional night shifts)

· You promote your establishment's CSR commitments and share them with our customers.

• You master all reception techniques and apply them brilliantly every day.
