What we're looking for

- Qualification: Minimum training: Vocational Training II, Intermediate Level Vocational Training, or Higher Level Vocational Training in the Administration branch.

- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.

- Expert command of MO365 and its applications.

- Document management capacity with digital tools (SharePoint or similar).

Nice to have

- Very valuable command of AI (Copilot).

- Desirable fluent English (B2)

- Working day: Monday to Friday. Flexible working day with entry between 7:30 - 9:00 h and exit between 16:30 - 18:00 h, with 45 minutes for lunch.

- Salary: €25,000 / €26,000

At Adecco, we are selecting a Purchasing Administrator for one of the most important companies in the railway sector. Within the Purchasing department, they will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

Monitoring of the PR-07 table and changes in procedures (updates, new creations).

Monitoring of processes pending modification or creation, and updating the macro table.

Monitoring and updating of the 2026/2027 reassessment audit table.

Monitoring and updating of NC, OB, and PM in the Talgo Internal and External Audits table.

Support for the Strategic Purchasing Plan: Preparation of format and narrative, meetings, monitoring, indicators.

Control of the Financial Unfit table.

Control of the Purchasing Suggestion Box.
