About the role

We are looking for a Public Tender Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support in the preparation, management, and follow-up of bids for the public sector.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?- Analysis of tender specifications and administrative requirements.

  • Preparation and review of documentation for the submission of bids.
  • Management and follow-up of public procurement files.
  • Coordination with internal clients, business areas, and the different stakeholders involved in the bid.
  • Planning of activities for the preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Identification of risks and proposal of solutions during the process.
  • Search for profiles and experience that accredit the required technical solvency.
  • Drafting of administrative documentation and other necessary documents for the proposals.
  • Coordination with legal departments and the areas involved to obtain documentation.
  • Follow-up of tenders until the final resolution.

What you'll get

Temporary contract of up to 6 months.

Salary: €23,000 gross per year.

Hybrid model: 2 days on-site and the rest remote work.

Workplace in Barcelona.

Intensive working day during August and the first half of September: 08:00 to 15:00.

Rest of the year:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 18:00
