Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS) in Administration, Administration and Finance, or similar training.

Availability for immediate incorporation.

Vehicle to be able to access the workplace.

Good command of office software tools.

Organized, responsible person with the capacity to learn.

Nice to have

Experience in administration, invoicing, or accounting is valued.

Experience in mechanical workshops or the automotive sector will be positively valued, although it is not essential.

From Adecco Tarragona, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a mechanical workshop located in Tarragona.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person eager to join a dynamic environment where they will be able to participate in different administrative and management tasks.

What you'll do

Main functions:- General administrative management.

Invoicing and accounting support.
Document management and filing.
Data entry and updating in computer systems.
Administrative management of customers and suppliers.
Support for the administration department.
Support in purchasing tasks and document management.

Direct customer service is not typically planned.

How you'll work

From 09:00 h to 13:00 h.

Applications interested in an afternoon schedule will also be valued:

From 15:00 h to 19:00 h.

On Fridays, work is only carried out during the morning schedule.

Immediate start.

Temporary contract of approximately 1 and a half months, until the end of the year.

Close and dynamic working environment.

Important: This is a specific need and currently, no continuity is planned once the contract has ended.
