At Adecco Eurocen you will learn how our Outsourcing projects work in the logistics and industrial area, taking part in the recruitment of operational profiles and coordinating teams to respond to our clients' needs.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role both in managing recruitment processes and in coordinating and organising the team.

Responsibilities

- You will coordinate and organize a recruitment team, distributing workloads and monitoring their performance.

- You will analyze ratios, productivity, and recruitment indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the achievement of objectives.

- You will participate actively in recruitment and selection processes for industrial and logistics profiles, especially in high-volume environments.

- You will plan and coordinate selection processes associated with campaigns, adapting the team's resources to the needs of the project.

- You will support the team in day-to-day management, prioritizing tasks and resolving situations in high-pressure and high-activity environments.

- You will maintain fluid communication with project managers to guarantee an adequate response to client needs.

- University education or completed Higher Degree.

- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial, logistics, or hospitality environments, or in the selection of operational profiles.

- Previous experience in team coordination or management is valued.

- Experience working with indicators, ratios, and productivity.

- High orientation to results and organizational capacity.

- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.

- A resourceful, dynamic person with the capacity to organize and coordinate teams.
