The role
At RDT we are looking for a Selection Coordinator for our Talent area, with a role clearly focused on managing the area and the team of recruiters, while also maintaining direct involvement in the recruitment processes.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the solid, agile, and organized functioning of the selection area, guaranteeing an excellent experience for candidates and internal departments.
Additionally, you will collaborate on some internal talent initiatives related to culture, onboarding, and corporate programs.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the activity of the recruiter team, organize and prioritize job openings together with Hiring Managers, KAMs, and area managers.
- Maintain fluid communication with managers to ensure a real and up-to-date understanding of the needs of each vacancy.
- Oversee the use of key tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
- Analyze selection metrics, prepare reports, and propose continuous improvements in processes and methodologies.
- Ensure homogeneous, efficient processes focused on the candidate experience, aligned with the needs of the business and the internal client.
- Manage selection processes for technical profiles (engineering, IT, digitalization, etc.).
- Conduct direct sourcing, interviews, screening, and follow-up of candidates throughout the entire process.
You will have a complementary part to your main role, involving the management and participation in internal actions related to internal talent development, such as coordinating onboarding initiatives, referrals, ambassadors, training, or activities that boost team engagement. This will be a support role, always secondary to your main responsibility: coordinating the selection area.
