What you'll do
Among the main functions of the position, are:
- Knowing and understanding the client's needs and channeling them toward the different technical areas of AINIA.
- Carrying out consultative selling in relation to the services and products offered by the organization, such as R&D+I projects, technical assistance, or laboratory services, performing prospecting of potential clients as well as their acquisition and loyalty, ensuring the achievement of the budget and the set objectives.
- Carrying out follow-up on the relationship with the client company, serving as a link between them and the AINIA technicians.
- Promoting institutional representation, contributing to positioning AINIA before institutions that catalyze activity.
- Contributing to the detection of market needs and business opportunities that facilitate the development of new lines of business, products, or services that contribute to the growth of AINIA.
Requirements
What we're looking for
We are looking for people with university education in sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Agricultural or Agronomic Engineering) with experience in the commercialization of services and complementary training in sales. Availability to travel within the area of activity as well as residence in Valencia or surroundings is required.

What you'll do
Entre las principales funciones del puesto, se encuentran:
- Conocer y entender las necesidades del cliente y canalizarlas hacia las diferentes áreas técnicas de AINIA.
- Llevar a cabo venta consultiva en relación a los servicios y productos que ofrece la organización, tales como proyectos de I+D+I, asistencia técnica, o servicios de laboratorio, realizando la prospección de clientes potenciales así como la captación y fidelización de los mismos/as, asegurando la consecución del presupuesto y los objetivos marcados.
- Llevar a cabo un seguimiento de la relación con la empresa cliente, sirviendo como nexo de unión entre el mismo con los técnicos/as de AINIA.
- Promover la representación institucional, contribuyendo a posicionar a AINIA ante instituciones catalizadoras de actividad.
- Contribuye a la detección de necesidades en el mercado y oportunidades de negocio que faciliten el desarrollo de nuevas líneas de negocio, productos o servicios que contribuyan al crecimiento de AINIA.
