The role

JOIN THE ALMA Corp. TEAM! Finishing and Coating Specialist Painter (Madrid)

We are looking for a professional profile focused on detail and high quality. Your mission will be the renovation, protection, and beautification of the surfaces of our assets in Madrid. We are not looking for an operator who only applies paint superficially, but a technical specialist with the ability to diagnose the condition of substrates (walls, ceilings, facades) and apply durable, high-end solutions in high-demand residential environments.

What you'll do

Aesthetic Maintenance and Renovation: Planning and execution of painting work on walls, ceilings, and common areas of student residences, hotels, and Flex Living spaces.
Technical Surface Treatment: Diagnosis and repair of building pathologies (dampness, fissures, cracks) through the use of fillers, mechanical sanding, and specific treatments before the application of the finish.
Application of High-Quality Finishes: Mastery of different painting techniques (plastic, enamels, lacquers, decorative coatings) ensuring a uniform, clean, and professional result.
Protection and Efficiency at Work: Rigorous management and protection of residents' furniture and flooring during interventions, minimizing the impact on the asset's day-to-day operations.
Material Control: Management of paint, solvent, and tool stock, guaranteeing the efficient use of resources and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Hiring process

Are you the finishing specialist that ALMA Corp. needs? If you have the knowledge, experience, and meticulousness required to maintain our facilities at the highest level, we want to meet you. Send us your CV and demonstrate what you are capable of.
