What we're looking for
- Demonstrable technical leadership in digital portal projects, preferably with Liferay in cloud environments (OpenPaaS, Docker, RedHat OpenShift).
- Minimum 5 years in portal development and architecture.
- Modern architectures: headless CMS, API-first, micro frontends, microservices.
- Continuous integration, automated deployment, and CI/CD.
- Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift.
- Content Management Systems (CMS) and portal platforms.

- DevOps and development best practices.

The role
Technically lead the development and management of digital portals in a highly complex environment, ensuring the implementation of robust, scalable solutions aligned with technological best practices. Define, coordinate, and supervise front-end developments, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, correct integration with infrastructure, and the effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Technically lead portal development projects with a focus on Liferay 7.4, ensuring the implementation of best practices and modern architectures.
- Define, design, and maintain the technical architecture of the portals, including headless CMS, micro frontends, API-first, containers, and orchestration with Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards, using continuous integration tools (GitHub, Artifactory, SonarQube, Jenkins).
- Perform reporting and progress tracking of projects, managing milestones and deliverables in line with deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers to guarantee technical and operational alignment.
- Define and manage technological and architectural roadmaps for the portals.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, promoting innovation in solutions that improve user experience and development efficiency.
