Agent Recruitment and Business Development Manager - Levante Balearic Islands

MISSION:
He/she is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining Entrepreneurs with the orientation, business vision and ambition required to become professional AXA Agents within the maximum period established by the plan.

FUNCTIONS:
1. Attracting and retaining Entrepreneurs, proactively implementing the necessary actions to boost recruitment in their area of activity and positioning AXA's OdV within the Emprende program (Training, Qualification, Financing) for the development of the network.
2. Supporting their pyramid and ensuring the degree of professionalism/specialization required for the recurring achievement of objectives, whether related to growth, diversification or profitability. All of this while respecting all operating standards that minimize a potential employment risk arising from the performance of their duties.
3. Ensuring legislative compliance regarding IDD training and the correct application of market conduct standards within their area of responsibility. (Emprende Plan).
4. Driving the definition and execution of the network expansion plan, in coordination with the Territorial Channel Management and the Zone Managements:
a. Driving actions aimed at mitigating the aging of the network.
b. Identifying the needs for AXA network presence in their territorial area.
c. And supporting the development of a robust succession and expansion plan with a medium and long-term vision.

PROFILE:
Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics.
Knowledge of the Exclusive Networks Channel, of the business and the insurance sector, and of Insurance legislation.

MISIÓN:
Es el/la responsable de la captación, desarrollo y retención de Emprendedores/as con la orientación, visión empresarial y ambición necesarios para convertirse en Agentes profesionales de AXA en el plazo máximo determinado por el plan.

FUNCIONES:
1. La captación y retención de Emprendedores/as, poniendo en marcha de manera proactiva las acciones necesarias para potenciar el reclutamiento en su ámbito de actuación y posicionando la OdV de AXA en el programa Emprende (Formación, Capacitación, Financiación) para el desarrollo de la red.
2. Acompañar a su pirámide y asegurar el grado de profesionalidad / especialización necesaria para el cumplimiento recurrente de objetivos, tanto de crecimiento, como de diversificación y rentabilidad. Respetando para todo ello todas las normas de actuación que minimicen un potencial riesgo de laboralidad por la ejecución de sus funciones.
3. Garantizar el cumplimiento legislativo en materia de formación IDD y la correcta aplicación de las conductas de mercado en el ámbito de su responsabilidad. (Plan Emprende).
4. Dinamizar la definición y ejecución del plan de expansión de red, en coordinación con la Dirección de Canal territorial y las Direcciones de Zona:
a. Dinamizando las acciones orientadas a paliar el envejecimiento de la red.
b. Identificando las necesidades de presencia de la red AXA en su ámbito territorial.
c. Y apoyando la elaboración de un plan robusto de sucesión y expansión con visión medio y largo plazo.

PERFIL:
Grado en ADE, Derecho, Económicas.
Conocimiento del Canal de Redes Exclusivas, del negocio y del sector asegurador y de la legislación de Seguros
Ingles intermedio
