Connectivity and Agreements Team Leader

Lead the Connectivity and Agreements area technically and strategically, managing high-volume and high-impact projects with different cross-functional teams. Guarantee the efficient provision of technological services to the commercial network (brokers and agents) through applications such as COCO, COES, EIAC, MED, and MisFicheros. Act as a high-level interlocutor with the business and technological providers for the management of strategic agreements, ensuring the quality, security, and continuous evolution of the solutions.

• Manage connectivity and agreement projects, both at a strategic and evolutionary level, guaranteeing deliveries in time, cost, and quality.
• Supervise incident management and BAU tasks together with the internal team and providers, ensuring service continuity.
• Acquire and maintain deep functional knowledge of the area: processes, services, architecture, and existing agreements.
• Define, design, and collaborate with the business in the development of strategies and solutions for new agreements or projects.
• Lead internal and external teams (technological providers and AXA providers), motivating and coordinating their work.
• Guarantee compliance with privacy and data security regulations in all solutions.
• Stay updated on connectivity technological trends, especially in advances in standards such as EIAC.
• Support the business in sector meetings regarding interoperability (CIMA) and industry standards.
• Evaluate technological developments and solutions from external providers, ensuring their alignment with standards.
• Manage cross-functional communication with other departments, guaranteeing alignment and effective collaboration.

• Minimum 5-7 years in complex technological project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading internal and external teams.
• Experience in managing agreements or relationships with technological providers.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector or experience in connectivity and integration areas (valuable).

• Java/J2EE.
• REST, JSON, JMS, WS, BATCH.
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• UNIX/Linux (shell scripts).
• CI environments: GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Selenium, JMeter, OpenShift, Docker, RedHat, Artifactory.
• Connectivity standards: EIAC, mediation APIs.

• Effective leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Effective communication and high-level interlocution.
• Complex project management: scope, budget, schedules.
• Capacity for strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Planning and organization to coordinate multiple project formats (RFP, Agile, services).
• Customer orientation and understanding of operational needs.

• Eagerness to learn and acquire knowledge of the connectivity business.
